5 Early Danger Signs

Time for you to take some time out if you are experiencing one or more of the following over stress symptoms and look at patterns, behaviours that are contributing to your stress levels and take some action. This is Mother Nature's Wake Up Call to you, it's up to you to turn down the volume of the 'noise':

  1. Increase in physical problems and illnesses
    (e.g. headaches, pains, colds, disturbed sleep)
  2. More problems with relationships
    (e.g. irritability, alienation, fear, etc)
  3. Increase in negative thoughts and feelings
  4. Significant increase in bad habits
    (e.g. excessive smoking, drinking, etc)
  5. Exhaustion - TATT (Tired all the Time)
